I can’t walk without my walker and I feel sorry for myself! But I am strong and I have to do it anyway!! Just grin at bear it!!

Most of the people here in my independent living apartments use walkers so I am very accustomed to seeing them everywhere. Last winer I had severe back pain and used one for a while then. At least they are better than not being able to get around at all! To try to avoid using one I am doing exercise as much as I can. I have some that I do on my own and also go to chair yoga classes. Until recently I have been going to water aerobics but now have had a skin cancer removed from my leg an had keep out of the water until it heals.
Speaking of Chair yoga – if you haven’t tried it you might enjoy it. We use the classes on youtube and find some really good ones.
Good to hear from you. Take care and stay well.
